Where we transport you back to the vibrant and exciting times of the Renaissance period. Held annually in the heart of Missouri, our fair has become a beloved tradition for locals and visitors alike. We pride ourselves on providing an authentic and immersive experience that captures the spirit of the era.
Step through the gates and you'll find yourself surrounded by bustling streets filled with colorful characters, vendors selling artisanal wares, and the sounds of live music and performances. Our talented entertainers will dazzle you with sword fighting demonstrations, jousting tournaments, and more. And of course, no Renaissance fair would be complete without the delicious aroma of mouth-watering foods and drinks.

Welcome Entertainers!
Opportunities
We welcome all types of performers to showcase their talents at the White Hart Renaissance Faire. As an entertainer, you'll have the opportunity to transport our guests back in time to the 16th century and create a memorable experience for all.
We're looking for acts that can bring the Renaissance era to life, including but not limited to:
Musicians and singers
Jesters and clowns
Sword fighters and combat performers
Magicians and illusionists
Fire breathers and acrobats
Traditional dancers and performers
Storytellers and actors
If you have a unique act that you believe would fit well with our Renaissance Faire, we'd love to hear from you. Our team will review your application and determine whether it's a good fit for our event.
Please note that due to space limitations, we can only accept a limited number of performers each year. We encourage you to apply early to increase your chances of being selected.
As an outside contractor, we require all entertainers to have their own liability insurance and to adhere to our safety guidelines. We'll provide you with a copy of our rules and regulations upon acceptance of your application.

General Information
Dates: June 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, and 23, of 2024
Hours: Gates open at 10 am and close at 6 pm for the public.
Location: 5651 Hwy. F, Hartville, MO. 65667
Stages: 3 Stage Locations, Plenty of open areas for acts and encampments
Payout: Per weekend at end of last day
Entertainer Requirements and Compensation
Performance Requirements:
Entertainers must adhere to specific time and space requirements, and must perform within the designated areas.
Equipment and Props:
Entertainers are responsible for their own equipment and props, and must ensure that they are safe and appropriate for the event.
Safety:
Entertainers must follow all safety guidelines, including fire safety regulations and ensuring that their performances do not pose a danger to themselves, other performers, or event attendees.
Dress Code:
Entertainers must dress appropriately for the Renaissance era and their specific act.
Contract and Liability:
Entertainers must sign a contract and provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event. Any damages caused by the entertainer or their equipment will be their responsibility.
Compensation:
Entertainers will be compensated for their performance, with payment amount determined prior to the event.
