Goblin King Haunted Trail: Shadow's Play

The woods do not tell the same story twice.

This October, The Goblin King’s Haunted Trail returns with Shadow’s Play, an ever-changing dark fantasy haunted trail through the natural woods of Hart’s Grove.

Unlike a traditional haunted house, Shadow’s Play uses the forest itself as part of the scare. The darkness, trees, sounds, shadows, and winding paths all become part of the experience. Guests will move through 10 to 15 scare zones, depending on the evening, with shifting encounters, hidden movement, misdirection, and creatures that may not be where they were the night before.

This is a haunted trail built around atmosphere, story, and the uneasy feeling that the woods are watching.

Goblins, fae, lost things, twisted games, and servants of the Goblin King wait beneath the trees. Some scares may be loud. Some may be sudden. Some may be quietly waiting in the dark.

This is an outdoor wooded trail experience. Guests should wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. The trail may include uneven ground, darkness, fog, loud sounds, sudden scares, theatrical effects, low-light walking conditions, and natural outdoor terrain.
