One night a year, the veil between realms grows thin... and you are invited to step through it.

Join us for an elegant, otherworldly celebration under the stars as Hart’s Grove transforms into an enchanted woodland glade for a night of dancing, mystery, and fae magic.

A Journey Into the Realm of the Fae

Your evening begins with a brisk walk or a horse-drawn carriage ride(tentative) to the edge of the veil. There, in a glade surrounded by trees and twilight, the Fae Court awaits.

The space will be adorned in late summer and early autumn fae decor—hanging lanterns, ivy-draped arches, soft glows, and enchantments woven through every detail. This is a realm of elegance, fantasy, and celebration.

What Awaits Beyond the Veil

Opening Ceremony & Fae Court Toast

The evening begins with a welcome from The Fae Court who will offer a ceremonial toast to mark the opening of the veil and the beginning of the night’s revelry.

Fae Court Dance Performance & Participation

Witness the Fae Court's graceful ceremonial dance—an elegant display of tradition from beyond the veil. After their performance, guests will be invited to join in and learn the steps, making for a truly interactive and inclusive dance floor.

Dress Code & Masks Required

This is a masquerade ball, and all guests must arrive in fantasy, formal, or period-inspired attire with a mask. A small selection of artisan masks will be available on-site for those who need one. We are also partnering with select vendors to help guests adorn themselves with fae-inspired accessories, crowns, corsetry, and glamour.

Food & Drink in the Fae Realm

Enjoy small, fae-inspired plates served throughout the night by our in-character fae waitstaff. Each ticket includes:

• Two drink tokens redeemable at the mead and bottle bar or for one of our autumn fae mocktails

Dance Card Quest

All guests will receive a personal dance card. Fill yours by dancing with friends, strangers, or members of the Fae Court. Completed cards will be entered into a drawing for a magical reward. Bonus favor may be earned for particularly charming interactions.

Mystical Diversions (May require additional coin per vendor)

Best Dressed Fae

The Fae Court will crown one guest as Champion of the Veil, chosen for their extraordinary attire and embodiment of fae spirit.
